Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 14-days Return Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unworn in their original condition with original tags still attached in the original packaging.
  •  Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage and post using a trackable service when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost of damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery. 
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

To make a return, simply email info@sixscrubs.com and include your name, address and order number

  • All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to SIX within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund. 

Where can I find my Order Number?

Your order number can be found in either of these three places: 

Your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery confirmation emails from SIX. Check your spam or junk folder if you did not receive them.

Your order number is also listed on your packing insert included with your order.

You can also find it by logging into your SIX account

How do I start the returns process?

Simply send an email to info@sixscrubs.com  with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Or you can send the above information on the form through our Contact Us on the website.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

From the time you send back your return, a refund will take 7-10 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.

How do I cancel my order?

We’re so sorry you’re looking to cancel. 

If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel by contacting our customer experience team by emailing info@sixscrubs.com . Please include your order number and a reason for your cancellation as we’re always looking to improve! 

International Shipping

We do not offer worldwide shipping at the moment, we are sorry for an disappointment caused. 

My order didn't arrive..

Oh no! 

If you’ve received your delivery confirmation but do not see your package, it may not be lost. 

We advise to give it 48 business hours since your delivery confirmation before contacting us. 

If you do not receive your package within 48 hours, please contact us by emailing info@sixscrubs.com and provide the order number and shipping address. 

We will get it sorted.

All orders placed before 2pm BST are sent the same working day. once dispatched, your order should arrive in the approximate timescales:

Duties & Taxes / Import ChargesOrders within the EU are sent duty & taxes paid. If you live within the EU you will not have to pay any import charges for your order.

Standard shipping takes between 2-3 business days 

Express shipping takes between 1-2 business days. 

Europe:

DPD duties paid shipping takes between 2-6 business days 

USA:

DHL Standard shipping takes between 5-7 business days 

DHL Express shipping take between 1-4 business days 

Canada: 

DHL Standard shipping takes between 5-7 business days 

DHL Express shipping takes between 2-5 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 

DHL Standard shipping takes between 5-7 business days

Can I edit my shipping info after I’ve placed my order?

We will always try our very best to update shipping information. 

However, if the product has already left our warehouse then we cannot do this. 

Send us an email at info@sixscrubs.com  with your order number and new shipping information and we will let you know if we can change this for you.

SIX will email you once your order ships, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Check your Spam folder too! You can also track order details and fulfilment status by logging into your account here.

My order hasn't been shipped yet?

Bare with us! The SIX Team is moving to ship your order out as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2-business days for processing.

My order hasn't arrived..

If your order does not arrive on time, we ask that you allow 2 business days (from the date of delivery) as some packages may become delayed with the carrier while in transit to you. If your order does not arrive after this time then send us an email at info@sixscrubs.com with your order number in the subject title. 

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

At this time we're unable to make changes in size, colour, or style.  Should you like to cancel the order before it is shipped, please contact us and we'll work on that.
